Founder at Palais Des Nations participated in Human Rights Council side Event entitled "Equality in Sports" .
Olympic and Paralympic champions, and high ranking officials from the International Olympic Committee and UEFA participated in a Human Rights Council Side Event entitled “Equality in Sports” June 16, 2014. The event was opened by U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Navi Pillay and the President of the HRC Ambassador B. Ndong Ella. The panel of speakers included Greek Olympic rower Dimitris Mouyios, speaking on equality as an Olympic ideal; New Zealand’s paralympic swimmer Douane Kale addressing disabled athletes in sports; Korea’s Sunghee Park speaking on her experience as an elite female tennis player; and, Gabon native Stevy Worah Ozimo speaking about race. Initiated by the Permanent Mission of Greece, the event was co-sponsored by the Permanent Missions of Brazil, Gabon, New Zealand, Republic of Korea and the United States of America.
